Technical comparison
AMERICAN CNC Router: 1525, 2030, or 2050 — comparing all three
All three have the same spindle and structure. What changes is the working area and the vacuum hold-down system—and that is what defines your output.

AMERICAN 1525 CNC Router
AMERICAN 1525 CNC Router for sheet cutting and machining.

AMERICAN 2030 CNC Router
AMERICAN 2030 CNC Router for panel production.

AMERICAN 2050 CNC Router
AMERICAN 2050 CNC Router with large working area.
The AMERICAN 1525, 2030, and 2050 routers share the same mechanics: a 4.5 kW spindle up to 24,000 rpm, maximum speed of 20 m/min, rack and pinion on X and Y axes, ball screw on the Z axis, steel tube frame, and a maximum working clearance of up to 20 cm.
The decision, therefore, comes down to bed size: what area you need to work the sheet without having to cut it first. The 1525 is 150 × 250 cm, the 2030 is 223 × 365 cm, and the 2050 is 223 × 565 cm—an area that allows placing more than one sheet at a time.

What is the difference between the 1525 and 2030 routers?
The working area and clamping system. The 1525 has 150 × 250 cm and 1 vacuum pump; the 2030 has 223 × 365 cm and 2 pumps. The spindle (4.5 kW, up to 24,000 rpm) and the chassis are the same.
What is the AMERICAN 2050 used for that the 2030 cannot handle?
For mass production: with 223 × 565 cm, you can position multiple sheets on the bed simultaneously, minimizing downtime between jobs.
Do all three cut the same materials?
The data sheets indicate wood, MDF, acrylic, ACM, PVC, and PS. The compatibility of a specific material must be validated with the technical team prior to purchase.
What software do I need to use the CNC router?
Files can be prepared in Artcam or Ucancam. The controller is DDCS, with communication via USB and network cable.
Can I start with the 1525 and upgrade later?
The TEKNOVA team guides your choice based on your current and projected volume, ensuring the investment keeps pace with your operation's growth rather than leaving idle capacity.
